We are Oakland Park Modern Dentistry

I had an amazing experience at this office. I had taken pretty good care of my teeth most of my life and had avoided anything bigger than a small crown or a filling. Things went to the wayside, and I was pretty concerned about how I would be able to handle things. The entire staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Chenelle and Perry put together a payment plan that I could handle, plus they were there to work things out when things became more complicated. Their level of compassion for my situation is extremely admirable and I’m grateful to have met them. Dr Bokhari and Kenny did the bulk of the work on me, after Sheldon took the x-rays. All of them did a phenomenal job and made me feel comfortable. The procedures all were with essentially no pain and only topical anesthetic. I wound up needing my first root canal and they had to bring in a specialist. Dr Germann and Andrea did a phenomenal job and the procedure was quick and pain free. Dr Bokhari made sure I was fully advised on the dynamically changing situation and her bedside manner is phenomenal. She wouldn’t quit until we worked out a solution that everyone could live with, and then found ways to make it even easier for me to meet my commitments. The staff helped with this too, which I am extremely grateful for. The anesthetic wore off a few hours ago and the two crowns feel as natural and durable as possible. I would recommend this office to anyone.

If there were 10 Stars, I would be selecting that instead!!! First off, some background for me. I full-time RV across the country and while coming out of Key West had an extreme issue with a molar. I had limited options as we were only going to be in the area for three days, so I sent an email after hours to Oakland Park Modern Dentistry explaining my situation and limited time line. At 0800 the next morning I received a call from the Office Manager Chanel. She was asking about my tooth issues and the travel situation and was insistent on finding a solution for me. After several phone calls making arrangements at her and her sister’s office, my root canal was verified, prepped, completed and permanent crown in place within 24 hours. She could have easily said, “sorry we can’t accommodate your timeline”, but she didn’t, she went above and beyond as an office manager and I am truly grateful for her assistance. All the staff were amazing and if I lived in the area, I would certainly have them as my primary dentist.

Plenty of parking. Very clean with well trained staff. Dentists were thorough and knowledgeable. They even had me meet with the financial person before everything was done to avoid surprises. Overall very pleased with my first visit.
